    1I Advertising in the advertisement section is okay, You just have to make sure you post our code in your site somewhere in a topic. If this isn't done within 24 Hours then your advertisement will be taken off.

    2I It is against the rules to post a link to another site that isn't Youtube or a approved affiliate site in any topic, even Ooc. Permission is needed at all times, no matter what the situation.

    3I Private messages are private messages, we have no problem with that. If someone gives you a link to another site in your PM's then you can choose not to tell us, we can't do anything about it if you don't. But if you do tell us, then know that the sender of said Link will be banned for trying to steal our members behind our backs.

    4I Your site has to be related to either BLEACH    Or RPING.

    5I If you Don't have a character and 5 posts then your Ad will be deleted.
