    The limit to how far Rouges can come in rank is MaL- S, No exceptions. If you've belonged to a Organization and defected then you will be dropped from Any level higher to MaL-S to MAL-W and you will have to train back to your limit.

    Rouges have no neutral territory so they are allowed to enter any Topic or Forum and make private topics however they please. (In the rules it says you are only allowed to make Private topics in your race's/organizations forum).

    Becoming rouge doesn't mean you'll lose your Race's or Orginizations weapons,equipment or abilities but it does mean you won't be able to join that orginization again.
